At Craft Coat, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Our 9-Year Workmanship Warranty reflects our commitment to proper preparation, professional application and a finish built to last.

If a workmanship-related issue arises during the warranty period, we’ll assess the affected area and, where covered by our warranty, put it right.

Our Promise

  • Surface preparation and workmanship carried out by Craft Coat

  • Peeling, flaking or coating failure caused by incorrect application

  • Workmanship-related defects within areas completed by Craft Coat

  • Assessment and repair of confirmed workmanship issues covered by the warranty

  • Labour and materials required to rectify an approved warranty claim

What’s Included

  • Structural movement, settlement or building movement

  • Water leaks, moisture ingress or ongoing dampness

  • Failure or deterioration of the underlying substrate

  • Existing or hidden defects that were not reasonably identifiable before work commenced

  • Timber rot, corrosion or other deterioration developing after completion

  • Damage caused by other trades, alterations, impact or misuse

  • Normal wear and tear, weathering or lack of maintenance

  • Product failure covered separately by the paint manufacturer’s warranty

What’s Not Included

If you believe there may be an issue covered by our workmanship warranty, simply get in touch with Craft Coat and provide your project details along with photos of the affected area.

We’ll arrange an assessment where required and determine whether the issue is covered under our 9-Year Workmanship Warranty. If approved, we’ll arrange the necessary remedial work.
